They always emailed my statements to me until 6 months ago. Now I dont get an account. I still pay a average amount.y tablet has been mostly off for the last six months I dont even use it but I still pay it and it is even off now as we speak. I even spoke to head office and still dont get my accounts. This is rerrible and I will never do business with mtn again. Their story was my account is not paid and then I showed them proof of payment then they put the tablet on. And a week later off again!! Bothaville branch promised they would email me the accounts and months later and still waiting.
