I was changing from ABSA bank to FNB bank Last Month. I phoned Vodacom that my debit account details have changed and they changed it. I went into Cape Gate and checked with them if the account details have been changed. And it was. Also now I've got penalties that I've got to pay as well because people didn't do their work!!! Vodacom Admin side also said my FNB BBank account was CLOSED the bank informed them that it was??? I just want a answer on all this otherwise I'm taking this further or I'm moving away from Vodacom.
