I was in Edgars about a month or two ago to change my bank details with them as I had changed from Standard Bank to FNB. About 2 weeks ago I went to them to unblock my Edgars card and at the same time I asked which bank details they have to which they replied my standard bank details. I then went a few days later to change it again. Now the two times by debit order has come off it has bounced due the incorrect bank details Edgars still has, each time it bounces it costs me money. Edgars you really need sort out your. I also think it is only fair for you too credit my account on the bounced debit order penalties.
