VODACOM THE WORST SERVICE PROVIDER!!!

I took my phone in to get checked as the battery was giving me issues, i bought this phone 3 months ago!!! when i go fetch the phone the consultants tells me that they cant fix the phone and I need to pay a R57 consultation fee!!! why was I not told about the consultation fee before I handed over the phone??? really I'm of!!! I have a broken phone and I have to pay R57 to be told that my phone cant be fixed n that I need to replace it!!! I Hate vodacom, I'm moving to MTN!! I'm telling my whole family to GET OFF VODACOM
