Well after a long coversation the down and out of it is that because i didnt say these exact words "i want c cover" intead of please provide insurance they are refusing to take responsibility. annnd the worst part still no copy of contract after all those phone calls... so here it goes " I WANT MY CONTRACT" IS THAT CLEAR ENOUGH
