Want more money, for service i'm not getting

Hi

I've been struggeling for alomst a month, trying to cancel my contract, because off pathetic service and even worse service from their helpline, cancellations department.

I've posted before, and then get 1 call, that where it stops. I'VE MADE NUMEROUS CALLS AND THEY JUST DON'T CARE

Jarod from cancellations dep told me that their tech dep not getting back to him, so he will cancel the contract. Even send me an email saying my contract will be cancelled and moved to pre-paid.

After that all, nothing has happened, and then I received an sms stating R 1349.82 will be charged for commitment fee for cancelling 5 month early.

NOW,
THE REASON FOR ME CANCELLING IS BECAUSE OFF THE PATHETIC SERVICE, SO YOU BREACHING THE CONTRACT NOT ME.
YOU SHOULD REFUND ME FOR THE LAST 2-3 MONTHS I PAID FOR AND COULDN'T USE THE SERVICE.

I WILL NOT PAY THIS, AS YOU BREACHED THE CONTRACT, IF I DIDN'T PAY YOU WOULD CUT MY LINE, SO IT'S A TWO WAY STREET.
THE CUSTOMER CONSUMER ACT MUST SAY SOMETHING ABOUT MY RIGHTS IF YOU DON'T DELIVER ON THE CONTRACT . YOU HAVE ALOT OFF STORES TO SELL, BUT TO SORT OUT PROBLEMS NO SUPPORT CENTRE, JUST A HUGE PAIN TO GET IT SORTED.

I WILL NEVER USED OR SUGGEST CELL C
