Disgusting service and breach of contract!

The sales consultant took the phone back and said there is no way they'll change the handset but maybe replace with a new handset. After 2/3 weeks I went back to the branch to find out on the progress of my complaint. The consultant informed me that they will give me a new phone, which I was not happy with and he tried to convince me that the Z10 is not all that bad and that I should collect the phone in the next two days. My mom collected the phone and the consultant informed her there is no way they can change the phone but rather they can get technical person to give me a walkthrough of the Z10. I then took the phone to the Southgate hoping they could assist me on the 8 May. A gentleman by the name of Karabo Malupe overheard me chatting to the consultant and said he will assist me because he'll be working at the Simmonds branch as from 9th May, he took the phone and they tried to scan it but it didn't reflect on their system. I asked for some kind of proof that I've handed the phone to him, the consultant said Kabora is busy preparing something. Karabo gave me his business card as proof and said that he'll call me the morning of the 9th. To date I have not heard from him
