WORST SERVICE EVER BY VODACOM AND VODAPHONE 4 U!

I purchased a Sony Experia on a 24 month contract in May 2013.The sales consultant at the time neglected to inform me that the phone use a lot of data. I did not know about smartphones at the time. I then returned the phone as it was using a lot of data. The sales consultant then told me he cannot cancel the contract only vodacom can. He contacted an area manager of vodacom who refused to talk to me as they do not DEAL WITH CLIENTS DIRCECTLY-his words and I was informed that they will not cancell the contract. I was in my grace period for the contract and phone to cancel or return. I then left the phone in the same condition as I bought with the sales consultant and he send me a mail of proof. Then RAYMOND SWARTS start sending me mails to a point That I felt HARRASED AND THREATEND IN HIS MAILS.HE CLEARLY WAS FORCING ME ME TO COLLECT THE PHONE AND KEEPING THE CONTRACT.I informed him to stop harassing me and that te phone was in perfect condition when I handed it to the sales consultant (He alleged at later stage that the phone was damaged and second hand!)Now I found out yesterday that VODACOM has blacklisted me ILLEGALLY!
