BAD BAD SERVICE

Well so we scheduled to up scale our internet. We going from Neotel to Mweb for uncapped. Our internet was put in two months by Mweb but we have no connection what so ever. They put up a phone line and changed it to adsl and still we sitting with our Neotel internet. The buck got passed to Telkom who said the line is up and running. Something worse then this shocking service is that we still got billed for the month. So we paying for internet that we don't have? This is not right...
