Hi I was called to take a contract from 8-ta, after a year of using the phone it stopped working and I took it to alberton branch to book it in for repairs. I was told to leave phone at the store the repair company will come and collect it, so that they will be able to do a quote for me, which they did after a few days and I rejected the quote because it was too expensive, and went back to the store to take my phone back and that is when the problem started because I was told I have to pay a fee to get it back which is something they failed to mention when booking a phone. They told me I was suppose to sign a print job card which stated terms and conditions for booking a phone they also failed to do that. I told them its their fault the manager by the name Andries was verbally abusive when approached. Please help from Sifiso Zwane
