I had an Mtn Top up contract and was so happy until i decided to go prepaid, I was advised that i had 6 months to use the airtime, so i started saving up my airtime (as i was paying for that airtime) and wanted to use it when i was off contract, the day before my contract ended Mtn took R400 off my account??? Wipe my full account clear, my brother had a similiar contract with Vodacom and he got to keep that airtime he had paid in advance for. I am now moving to vodacom and will never support MTN again they are and shouldnt be allowed to trade with lying to their customers.
