In February I upgraded my contract with a samsung galaxy. I phoned and asked for my meg 250 to be added to my contract so that I dont use data from my airtime. In Feb they added it and everymonth since I have kept running out of airtime and having to top up. I could not understand until I found out they ended up not adding the megs to my contract. I wasted so much airtime and topping up because of this. I phoned yesterday and told them I wanted it added to my contract and I wanted them to make a plan and refund me for the extra airtime I used to top up. I would not have run out of airtime if they had done their job in the first time and it would have been cheaper for me. I want Vodacom to take responsibiltiy and work out what it would have costed me if I paid foro the my meg 250 and what I ended up paying in airtime and topping up and refund me the difference as I have wasted alot of money on the megs. I am not happy with VODACOM and this is not my first BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THEM. When my contracts are up (I have 3) I would probably move to Cell C for 3G and MTN for my cellphones. This will be a better move. I have been with Vodacom for many years and they dont care!!
