ITC not updated/ payments made not allocated

After my previous report, Samantha got in touch with me, I informed her that payments made last year were not allocated, she then sent me email that my account is up to date and I owe R13 for March, this is ridiculous because if she had taken the time to read the statement I sent to her she will have seen that there are monies I paid last year which were not allocated to my account. Emailing her is tedious as she takes for ever to respond, and last week she said that she was going to inform ITC about the update, yet none of this has been done according to communication I have received from the Bureau. Can I have a direct contact number to speak to someone who will actually assist me instead of telling me to get a sim swap so i can use my minutes that have been allocated to me?
I WANT MY MONEY TO BE ACCOUNTED FOR!!
