Went to Cell C Randburg Square - contract upgrade, with Cell C 10yrs on
Requested advise from sales. Transfer of contacts info from one cell to the new one.
Advised this is on application on the phone and easily. So upgrade was taken.
Salesperson open new phone, inserted sim and advised transfer can be easily done.
Two days later still new phone without contacts transfer. Phone left @ Cell C store. I told the salesperson that, should there be no transfer please cancel the contract. Advised it would be done. No communication received on what was happening. When I went in, sales person answered she was BUSY.
Went again for help to transfer and still nothing. Now advised that I will have to wait to when a laptop can be attained to transfer this. I have not used the phone and it is with the manager. Poor service and demaenor.
I was told I cannot cancel this yet this is a service provider problem. Facts, I was poorly advised, phone is still with Cell C, seal broken of by Cell C personal, sim and others initiated by Cell C. Why do I have to face this poor service and communication. One each occasion I was there between 70-90 minutes in the store. Extremely poor service.
