Worst Service Ever from an organisation

No urgency in responding to a case logged 16? 114 no one that has the authority to assist. Bad mannerism over the phone, telling me I'm too young too understand and that u will not help me!! I can do whatever I want to and 8tatelkom will not help me.continiously having to follow up with 8ta when its there fault 4 taking funds off my account, more than the prescribed amount. My ref 7381632. Incompetent people working 4 this organisation and people should knw about them. If any advise, never use telkom8ta there after sales service and I'm refusely disgusted with there feedback and no assistance to help. Its been over a week already and I'm still exactly where I started a week ago. Pathetic
