What a JOKE!!!

After receiving NUMEROUS emails and phone calls I am trying to settle an outstanding account. The call centre operators are pathetic as they repeatedly confirm what you tell them. The organisation doesn't seem to receive any emails, and even ones directed to specific people are ignored. You can go no further than speak to an call centre agent that has no authority in any event. Reminds me of the ancient SARS and Telkom attitudes (they managed to correct themselves and become efficient - maybe MBD should go learn how). The organisation seems to be in shambles. They are a debt collection firm that do excellently in irritating one, but seemingly have no knowledge on the actual collection process. MBD - The jobs never done before the paperwork's complete...
