Is afrihost going out of business

For 3 days my dedicated managed server has been down. For three days I have not been able to get e-mails. For three days my web site has not worked. And still Afrihost do not know what the problem is. When I call and try and contact management I am told that management do not take calls from their customers. There is something fishy going on here. When managers hide it normally means they are going out of business. I have hosted my web site with many hosting companies over the years but the service I have had from Afrihost is possibly the most disgusting service I have ever had since I published my first web site over 15 years ago. I truly regret moving over to afrihost and had I known that the directors of the company do not take calls from their customers I most probably would not have moved in the first place.
