I phoned Vodacom on 27/12/2013 I and told them that my d/o will be returned unpaid. The consultant soft-blocked the lines, saying that this can be done for 3 months where after outstanding money MUST be paid. On 23/01/2014 I received a letter demanding payment within 7 days, alternatively suspension of lines. I contacted Vodacom again and spoke to Retsepile who advised that I spoke to Hilda on 27/01/2013, but there is not a Hilda working there. Retsepile could not resolve the matter and said that her manager, Joyce, will contact me asap, I'm still waiting for the call. At 16:00 on 23/01/2014 I sent an e-mail to [Email Removed] explaining the whole matter. I received a ref no for the e-mail. On 24/01/2014 Thabo phoned me re the outstanding acc and I told him about the e-mail. He said he will search for the e-mail and phone me back - I'm still waiting. On 25/01/2014 Phillip phoned me re the outstanding acc. I again told him about the e-mail. He said that there was no record of the e-mail on their system and that it is not their problem if Hilda made empty promises to me. He said that lines WILL be suspended. This better get sorted before suspension of my lines!!!
