Poor support service on bundle contract

Dear Sir/Madam
Seems that I have ongoing service problems with your company. Since the 21 Jan I do not get access to my data. On 22 Jan I went to your store in Clearwater to get assistance with problem. They did a sim swop that I had to pay for. On 23 Jan the service was not restored so I phone your support just to be told it will take 72 hours. how pathetic. I did SIM swops with your competition not being charged and up running in an hour. So on 25 Jan after The 72 hours I phoned the credit vetting department just to be told that they cannot activate since there is a technical problem due to the consultant not doing all required when I did the swop. Now I must wait another 24 hours to allow the technical department to fix the mess. This is beyond pathetic and if I did not phone this thing would probably not been sorted after a month just as the previous complaint
