Very bad service and dumb people

I just got my contract.after having the package sent to orange free state, then to greenside, i finally get the sim card for my data contract.just 1gig pm.friday 9am the sim is swapped and am told to wait till my old sim stops working.i do that.later i put the new sim in my cell.the nightmare starts, i have 200mb but cant get data connection.i call call centre and am told the usual, take out battery, restart cell etc... nothing... sat morning i start calling again, some woman says i should go to vodacom store, which i do, only to be told we cant help!!!
I call again and to cut a long story short, no help.i spent hrs on hold, being cut off and dealing with stupid people.
I end simply calling cancelation dept, i can cancel contract within 14days.whats the point of having a data contract if u cant use the data? So i am geting my line back to cellc, at least they had a decent call centre.
Calls are recorded am told, so u call playback all the 15calls i made in 30rs...
