I've been calling Vodacom customer care for about twice every week since the beginning of January. Before then I 've been to a Vodacom for you store who sent me to the vodacare shop, all of which were unable to resolve my technical query. The query is that I am unable to access certain internet sites on my phone as they seem to have been blocked. They told me that it is due to a parental control hat is activated on my phone which I do no t understand why it is activated in the first place. I was the told to fax a copy of my id for the resolution of the problem on Tuesday, 21 Jan which I did on Wednesday, 22. to date I am still struggling to get them to resolve my query.

The disturbing thing is that I apparently get out of the contract for their poor service and I still have to pay R7000 for cancellation of the contract which they are unable to help me with. Frustrated!!! to say the least.
