NEVER iBursts Problem!

I am so tired of iBurst! It works today not tomorrow and every time you call them it is never their problem! It is the weather in Canada or the distance of the moon from the sun or anything but an issue with iBurst. I cannot WAIT for my contract to come to an end so I can move service providers (I would do it immediately but they will basically charge me the full value of the remaining contract time AND still ask for the equipment back - and who said mobile companies were bad?)
This time I finished work on Friday with no issues with my VPN. I logged on on Monday and was not able to and still am not able to access my VPN. My technical manager has spent hours on this and has told me there is no issue from our side. I have tried with 2 other ISP? s and guess what? Straight in no issue. iBurst? s answer? We do not give support for VPN - it is your system and your technician must resolve it DESPITE me pointing out that iBurst is the only ISP that I have an issue accessing with! I CANNOT WORK BUT IT IS NOT IBURST? S PROBLEM! Then why am I paying them?
