Charged for cancled services

I seldom actualyl look at my bill, but this month I open mine and find 2 charges for CellC get it, a service I canceled long before the billing run with specific instruction of no cost to me as the service was sold to me under false pretences offering discounts at stores you do not deal with.

The manager I spoke at Get-It after having a massive fight with one of your guys for replying to my HP complaint and telling me he can do nothing about it, m why is he responding t o me only to tell me there is nothing he can do, its not he's department.

I want written confirmation of the credit being passed by close of business on Tuesday 28 January 2014. I will not under any circumstances pay for a service I had for less than a week that was sold to me through and deception.
