MEDIOCRE SERVICE PROVIDER

I am disgusted at the terrible service I have experienced for the pass 2 months with CELL C I have been without a phone with a promise of getting a new phone and a number with the service provider with no help. I applied for a contract at cell C centurion for the iphon 5 deal after telling them MTN is offering me the phone as well they told me I should get the phone in a week. Weeks passed with no feedback I got so annoyed I called cell C direct to assist they told me they having issues with getting that specific phone as it was on demand I understood. Took them forever to deliver the phone I only received the phone on Friday 8/02/2013 after approaching you guys for a contract after false advertising while you guys didn't have stock of what you were offering in store and this was in feb on the 4th. Now I receive the phone on Friday I cannot do anything with it as I cannot activate it on your cell c direct number as your call center is incompetent keeps cutting my calls. i have two contracts with cell C but I am livid and I really wanted to port my MTN number to you guys but no am I doing that.i went to fourways mall cell c to try and get help they couldnt help me at all.
