Still waiting for Telkom to install my line

I ordered a Telkom ADSL package with a new line rental early in December, since then i have heard many excuses such as "we don't know when the techs set these things up, "the date for installation on our pc is always incorrect" "they made a mistake with your order and now 3 days ago they told me they could not install my line because they registered the wrong area code for the new telephone .. My line was due for setup on the 22nd (Gonubie) they told me on the day that Telkom is having issues in Gonubie which was a huge because a few houses from where i stay a Telkom line was setup and i asked those techs if they were going to do my house.. as expected they knew nothing of a line installation in my house.
Now this is just a waste of my time, i canceled my 3G internet contracts with 8ta and mtn because i was promised that i would have ADSL on the 22nd .. now i am sitting with no internet which means i cannot work as i work on the internet :|
Can you please be useful for the first time ever for me and solve this PLEASE TELKOM PLEASE
