Response is simply that I "cannot help"

I am most certainly unimpressed with the way my last complaint was handled, Derrick Makhubele phoned me and emailed me to tell me he is unable to help me with my Get It query, please explain to me why someone is responding to a complaint and all they have to say is "I cannot help you".

The product is called "Cell C Get It", it is billed on my Cell C account, it was sold to me because I have a Cell C contract, so when I complain about a billing problem, I want it resolved, I do not want excuses, I do not want to hear you cannot help me, you cannot listen to their calls, they are a separate company. If you are unable to help, you pass my query over to someone who can and ENSURE that they deal with the matter in a timely fashion.

As a customer I do not care if its separate department, if its such a problem to help the custom, take "Cell C' out of "Cell C Get It" and market it as a completely separate, independent product that has nothing to do with you, until then, get your house in order.

I could care less than less who needs to do what, I want my credit sorted out IMMEDIATELY. Fight among yourselves on your own time, not mine.
