Billing issue. NO SUPPORT again

On 23 October 2013 I contacted the [Email Removed] team AS WELL AS logging the same complaint (below) on the online VMobile CONTACT US section.

"Can you please indicate how the Debit Note (DM subscriber) amount of R1662 was calculated which I am billed for in the invoice attached? "

The attached invoice was for the month of October, Invoice number 201309092351

I still have not heard anything from Virgin Mobile and is strongly considering to cancel my contract to move to another service provider as these guys clearly do not know about support or service.
