For the second time in three months, Telkom mobile has suspended my account though their records clearly indicate I'm not in arrears, and in fact have credit on my account. I'm at my wits end having called them thrice in the last week, and liaised with them on twitter without much help. There is still no resolution, and I'm being sent from pillar to post.. Really pathetic..
