Good day all.

This is second time that I am disappointed with MTN. First time I signed a contract with them to get uncaped internet bundle modem. It was NOT uncapped. After 3 days it gets of and we could not even check emails. I asked them and the said. it is uncapped but you speed will decrease after such amount of download which is ok but decreasing speed is different as "0" speed. it could not open any page at all.
Second time I have a cellphone contract with them. they said I will receive 200mb internet bundle 150mb free bounes. I never received the bounes. I went to Hatfield brunch and they said the guy in Menlyn Chose wrong contract type for you. Menlyn guys says we do not know Anything as we do not have access to your detail! they suggested me to call to call centre, they lodge a query and I received a sms says your query is sorted out and will apply on your next month. I never received it. Another issue is they gave me number to dial to check acc. balances, since a month ago it does not work any more and no one in MTN knows why! so I can not check my balances any more! I am paying the same as other people who has same contract but receiving less services!
