Phone still not fixed

I handed my phone in to be repaired. Having received it back on Wednesday this week I was disappointed to see that the problems it was given for were still there. Thinking the problems were due to a flat battery I charged the phone the phone overnight. The phone was fine for the first hour or so then shut down in the middle of a phone call. It then got stuck in a boot loop cycle eventually successfully rebooting itself about 20 minutes later. Since then it has shut down constantly, booting up only after being plugged into a power source. It is still becoming very hot when charging, still shutting down for no reason and the phone has started to report that that battery is drained even though recently charged. I have tried another charger without luck. The boot loop problem is also continuing, across all applications including email and calls. As far as I can see the only thing Smartphone Plus did to the phone was re-install the OS - something I could have done myself. I am now stuck with a phone that is unusable. Not impressed or happy. Hope the phone will stay on long enough for MTN to reach me
