I logged a call on Wednesday 22/01/14 (after holding for a consultant for 40min). She didn't really know what to do or what I was talking about. She told me to email client services and they would attend to my email within 24 hours. This morning, 48 hours later I phoned again (after getting through after 30min) I explained once again but another lady didn't understand. I asked to speak to a manager. she put me through to a completely different department and they couldn't help me at all!!! All I want to find out is WHY if I am paying for a 100MB mailbox (business account with many emails etc) am I only granted 10MB and I need this to be increased immediately as it is affecting business. PLEASE CAN SOMEONE ATTEND TO THIS. I sent emails to every email I could find but to no avail and refuse wasting more time and money trying the call centre!
