Samsung S4 Mini battery still faulty

I got a Samsung S4 Mini from Bayside Mall branch in the beginning of August. I noticed that the battery is not lasting nearly as long as it should.

I took the phone in to the shop and they did a factory reboot and on a second occasion they booked the phone in for repairs. After both these attempts the battery is still the same. I have switched off all functions that can drain the battery. A battery cycle of very low to no usage is about 15 hours. A colleague at my work has the exact same phone and his battery lasts up to 3 days on low usage and 1 day on high usage. On one occasion the battery was at 38% before I went to bed the night and the next morning I overslept because my alarm didn't go off because the phone died overnight. 38% battery usage while the phone is on idle overnight is ridiculous. People I've asked say their phone loses between 5% and 10% battery overnight at most.

I am at the point where I am no longer interested in repairing this phone. I would like for the phone to be replaced completely. I have had not joy in having this phone and I am sick of constantly charging it. I feels like the phone is more on charge than anything else.

Please resolve this issue.
