No help in rectifying their own mistakes

My cell was in oct 2013. I reported it when they told me The cell nr & my Id nr didn't match! Which is their mistake & theirs to fix because when I took out the contract I did so with my ID document! I then went into the klipfontein branch to get them to rectify the mistake whereby they told me that the problem should be sorted in about 72hours. After a week I went back to try & do a sim swop & still the ID nr wasn't changed, then they told me to call vodacom, which I did a day or two later & after holding the line for 30mins I was disconnected. I then called again after holding the line for 45mins the lady told me that the mistake could only be rectified inside a vodacom store. I then went back after a week to the store at highveld mall & they told me to call vodacom. I went home & called vodacom once more the lady on the phone then told me that the problem should be fixed in 48hrs. After a week I went back to the store at highveld mall & then tried once more to do a sim swop & they told me the ID is till not fixed they are going to email & let me know when it's sorted. I have emailed Carla at highveld twice & still no feedback! Going for 3months! POOR SERVICE!
