Upgrading of cell phones

I write this on behalf of people like me who can't upgrade our cellphone contracts because our working permits does not have 2 year's. This month was supposed to be my upgrading month but was told I can't do so becouse my working permit is expiring in Feb 2015. I asked for a one year contract but still they could not help me out. I have been a loyal customer paying all my bills in time but still they can't help. Its a shame that they are turning back most customer like me yet we are the one who makes their sales boost. There is no way one can work or use the bank without the permit meaning before it expires I will apply for another one. So why can't I upgrade and yet daily they call me saying I'm entiteld to upgrade. I'm sure there is more people who are like me who wanna upgrade their phones but not allowed to. "So please change ur decisions as u are making us foreigners not to upgrade"
