Refugee Permit Upgrade Refusal

Had been a customer of MTN for many years.

Currently, with two cellphone contracts that of which one ends this month, the other one February 2014. All my accounts in order.

Offered, telphonically, another Laptop contract in May, still commited to that.

Refused for Upgrade because of My refugee permit.

I suppose this is a breach of contract from MTN side. Why should I still keep paying MTN if MTN, all of a sudden now, is saying I am not credible for their contracts at all?
