Unfair Discrimination

I feel extremely discriminated by MTN.I have been a valid customer for the last 2 year, paid my contract on time and never been blacklisted by ANY creditor. I got an sms that I am due for an upgrade and have just been in one of the branches only to be told that I cannot get an upgrade because my work permit is left wt 14 valid months on it. Because it has less than 2yrs, I cannot get this upgrade I was told I am due for until 2015! This for me is complete discrimination, I have paid my bill on time and never given your company any reason to believe I will default. Additionally I am permantly employed, therefore I will not be relocating out of this country come 2015. All these facts for some reason bare no contribution on the way I have been treated because a foreigner is a foreigner. There are SA citizens who have been blacklisted whom they wld rather give a contract upgrade compared to a permanently employed credit clear customer simply because my work permit falls short by ten months. Had it been 3 months to my permit renewal I wld not be so angry, but to be told to wait 14 months because I am foreigner is to me completely discriminatory especially to an existing cusromer.
