6 months and I have had no response!!!

I submitted a claim with King Price on the 3rd of June for my car and I was advised to take it for an assessment at an autobody near by. I did so and heard nothing from them. I then called back a week later to follow up and was told by Shaldon that my claim was repudiated because I didn't take my car for an inspection. I asked that they listen to their recordings as the consultant I took up my insurance with advised that there was no need for an inspection as my car was still brand new. They promised to do so and came back to advise that they listened to them but only to discover they listened to recordings of a different car I own. They promised to listen to the recordings and advise and to date, 6 months later, my car is still not fixed, I have not received any feedback or response from Shaldon, I have left messages for him and sent him emails and I have received no responses but they continue to debit me for the premiums!!! Either they listen to the calls, acknowledge the error and fix my car or they refund me all my premiums and I go fix my car myself cause clearly their price or service is NOT KING!!!
