Pathetic Service at Sales

I ordered a new router from Mweb Sales. After several inquiries at Sales I was told that the router couln't be delivered because the courier couldn't find the adress. I updated the address with them and after few days I phoned again and I was told that now yes my my address is up to date and I will get my router. I phoned again the following and I was told that I will get my router on Wednesday of which nothing happened. I phone again on Wednesday and I was told yes you will get your parcel this week but cannot confirm as to when. I phoned on Thursday and I as told the courier couldn't deliver your parcel because the address is wrong.
I then informed the lady at the call center that I updated my address last week already and she says she has done just done it now
How many times must I update my address before it is finally done correctly? Pathetic indeed!!!
