FAULTY ROUTER

We purchase a R2000 router from Chaos computer in June 2013 - after a week of working it started to give problems. I phoned Chaos and spoke to a technician that told me to check with my service provider to see if the internet was ok. I did this and they said that my internet was fine. Returned the router to Chaos on Friday, 26 July and they did not want to know my story. They would have to send it away for repairs - we asked for a loan - they told us the loan router has been damaged by a customer. Eventually after lots of shouting etc we left the shop and purchased another router from another IT shop for R550 which is not only cheaper, but much faster. My gripe with them is - nowhere in their shop have they got any signage up that explains their return policy - surely if you pay this much and you have only used it for 6 weeks they should replace it. Now we are waiting to be refunded and will post once we have had a reply from them.
