I have HAD it!!! Today is the day they lose my business!

They have continues problems. We reported a problem yesterday morning.. at 3pm they only sent out a notice saying that there is a fault. I lost business for that whole day as not only did my email not work, but my website was down.

Today i get to the office and the same thing. The problem has still not been corrected. My website is down and i have not received one single email!!! So how am i supposed to get business if no customer can get hold of me??

Funny how their website is always up and running.. no lost in business for them... They don't care that your business is losing money! It takes them over 24 hours to fix a problem where most other service providers takes 2 hours! If you have any common sense DO NOT go with Axxess!
