2GB Data depleted in 5 hours without using pc

On Jan 18 bought 2Gigabytes of data at 12:00 and without using the pc at 18:00 the data had been used up.

Logged a call with call centre, ref# 7382968 was promised that someone with contact me within 72 hours.

I was never contacted until I phoned back just to be told that the query had been closed with the explanation that "the data had been used".

I then spoke to a "senior" person, Mr Tyrone Naidoo and his superior Mr Tshego kgasela but received no justification whatsoever or any proof that I had actually used the 2GB between 12:30 and 18:00.

An email was sent to me giving me advice on what may cause data to be used up, eg.automatic downloads, windows updates, etc.

Unfortunately I am locked in a contract with 8ta until July 2014 which I cannot terminate without some further costs.

At the start of my contract the 10GB which I am allocated every month used to last me for the whole month but, after a couple of months I started to run out of cap earlier and earlier in the month.

I feel that 8ta is ripping me off and their service.
