8ta did not cap my data

I am signed with the Big 10 8ta contract, on which I get 10GB of data per month. Every month since I started the contract (months where I used the 10GB), 8ta stopped my usage at the 10GB limit. For February 2013, 8ta billed me R250.09 extra for data used outside of the bundle. The cap is 8ta's responsibility, and not mine. 8ta should therefore forfeit the cost of the data which I used outside of my cap. I received no warning that my cap was being reached, nor that I was over my cap. Without these warnings, I assume that 8ta should accept responsibility for allowing me to use more than my contract allows.

I contacted customer service about this and the operator simply sent me my invoice. I then tried to contact customer service online. I have not been contacted by 8ta about this or received a response to my query I submitted online.

8ta, you my money, and I want it back.
