1. "Front desk" Yolanda unfriendly and disinterested. Disappeared for 10 minutes looking for person (Elsie) with whom I had an "appointment". to the shop manager regarding giving me feed back on the where- abouts of Elsie
2. Waited 50 minutes for Elsie to return from lunch
3. Wrong / disinformation regarding LTE-coverage in Bloemfontein on MTN website!!!
