Elsie - the most rude person I have come across

My daughter has been off of my Medical Aid for 2x years already. I called our house doctor last year November to book an app for her and told Elsie who was on the phone to please open a new file for her because of this reason. Somehow the charge ended up on my Medical plan, Elsie then attacked my daughter when she got to the doc yesterday. This matter is now between them two. My daughter made an arrangement with Elsie to come in and sort everything out. THIS morning, Elsie calls me AT MY OFFICE, going off (as rude as she is) about handing my daughter over (AFTER SHE MADE AN ARRANGEMENT WITH HER YESTERDAY)! I told her we would come in on Saturday and she can then fix HER mistake by opening a file for her. She went ON AND ON AND ON (This is harassment - and AT MY WORK PLACE). Then she said they were going to hand her over and I told her not to do it because I have just told her we will be in on Saturday. She then has the audacity to tell me that she cannot stop it, but she called me to 'WARN' me??

I mean really, what kind of person is she to go out of her way to call me at my work about an arrangement that was already organized with her yesterday?
