Yesterday (26/11/13) i was stranded to order a platters for our customers, and just when through your website and called the store, i wasnt inpressed firstly by being put on hold for long as the Switchboard was busy looking for someone to assist with my order. But once i got hold of Elsie she went all out to assit me with my order though she said they are short staffed but will make a plan and wasnt sure if she would make it by 08:30, but she did and informed me by 8:20 that my order is ready, i was so impressed as i started to panic, but all was good thanks once again to Elsie for all the efford she went through, thank you once again
