Hairdresser incompentent

Saturday the 13 July 2013 my daughter went to Elsie to dye her hair. She had dark hair and wanted blond on top and dark at the bottom. Elsie said the blond on top will not be platinum but she will blend the top to the nearest blond she can. OMW!!! the roots was yellow followed by darker bit and red on the tip of hair. After convincing us that with the next visit her hair would be completely blond we left the salon after spending 2 1/2 hours. Yesterday it looked so bad I made an appointment again for Elsie to fix her mess, when my daughter got to the salon she was treated like and Elsie had a black lady (not even a qualified hairdresser) to fix her hair and dyed everything brown again. This type of service is unacceptable we pay a lot of money and expect the people who call them selves hairdresser to act and betray them selves accordingly!! I want to warn people against this and that as a paying customer this type of service is unacceptable... SIS ON YOU ELSIE!!!
