I applied for 3 R99 contract cellphones, I was incorrectly billed for the first 5 months, I contacted the call centre and agent who sold me the phone Nthabiseng from Eastgate she assured me it will be rectified, shortly I was billed the correct amount for 2 phones I called to find out did they credit my account for the 1 phone no they cancelled it, my account was debited for the cancelled contract I reversed the money I never requested a cancelation I can't afford it because I was approaching maternity leave now I'm on maternity leave I've learnt all 3 phones are cancelled but I've been paying every mnth money to 8ta not once did I breach my contract I've tried to find solutions with the company cases with empty promises have been logged now I'm told I breached via sms how, who can assist me because clearly the people I have come across don't know how to help me and why were all my contracts cancelled, when they were supposed to uncancel one, there's no communication among agents no notes showa trace of your call I receive no statements via post/email, a person should think twice about taking a 8ta contract incompetent company and workers.they do as they please with contracts
