Account over charged

My invoice dated 2013-12-05 is overcharged by double my monthly spend. have raised a query received a reference number and made four follow up calls and emails afterwards but issue is still not resolved. I would like to receive a list of all the websites that were visited using the said sim card as they claim data usage was R4000 for that month.
I urgently need this matter resolved please can someone attend to it.
