Stop billing us for a line we never ordered!

I requested an upgrade in Sep 2013 on a number. I received the
phone and started using it for a few days. Someone called me and told
me that they accidentally took out a new contract. They said they were going
to sort it out and let me know.
I heard nothing for 2 months, so I emailed Vodacom twice with no
response because at this point we started receiving invoices for the line
that was supposed to be upgraded, as well as the incorrect new line.
I had to lodge a complaint on HelloPeter.com to get any kind of response.
When someone finally called me they told me they had to take my phone back.
I said this was unacceptable as I had been using it for over 2 months. I have
no idea why Vodacom wants to take back my phone as it was the correct phone
that I ordered. But anyway I agreed that if they deliver a new phone and
give me 2 days then collect the old one, that would be ok. They then said
that they didn't have stock of the phone (which again I don't even want), but they still want my phone back!
That was December. I've heard nothing more and when I emailed again, I was told in a one-liner to call the shop in Roodeport where I apparently signed the contract. (I'm in Cape Town!)
