Getting Fed up with laziness and

Telecommunications

I have tried to upgrade apply for a contract for over a month, they keep running us around. I have spent over R500 calling you to make this happen. I am really fed up. We finally got helped but then they delivered the wrong fone in 2days as I changed my mind on what contract its now 7 days later and waiting again for the fone. Cell C is really useless when comes to the staff. I called today again they then said they haven't dispatched the fone as our docs need to verified but the client manager said its already at dispatch last week Thursday. Hows this possible. I really am so furious that im considering in not continuing with Cell C if the service is this now I can imagine the after service when it before hand when the staff actually make money on signing a deal. I have been direct I have a time frame that all the stuff needs to happen in but they promised its possible. How in the world does it take 37days to get a fone from you when you say max 72hrs. from approval. this is ridiculous. I am really fed up. we have emailed you all and we get no feedback from you. Always you away on holiday when we email you all. I have wasted enough money on you now.
